Nestled within the lush and private gardens of the resort, our yoga and meditation programs focus on balancing the mind and body.  Using ancient yoga and meditation techniques, participants gain flexibility and physical balance through a practice of deep breathing and stretching exercises, practicing concentration and awareness, and meditation.

Knai Bang Chatt in-house guests and outside guests are welcome to join at $9usd/ session. With advance bookings, private sessions can also be booked with qualified yoga instructors.
