Public yoga classes
This class begins with a simple seated posture to connect the body and breath, followed by warm-ups and a series of yoga poses that synchronize with breath awareness to cultivate mindful movement, while improving flexibility and strength. Throughout the session, pranayama and meditation are incorporated to deepen the practice and enhance overall well-being.

Somatic Yoga with Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Bath combines mindful, gentle movements with Tibetan singing bowls to release tension, restore energy, and awareness. The 60-minute Tibetan Bowl Sound Bath is a soothing sound therapy session to harmonize energy centers and calm the nervous system.

Wellness Manager
With nearly 20 years of experience, Lana blends Ashtanga Flow, Anusara, somatics, and therapeutic bodywork into a joyful, healing practice. Living with scoliosis and microtia inspires her focus on mindful movement and breath. A seasoned retreat leader, she creates immersive experiences that combine yoga, somatics, and mindfulness.

Amanda’s passion for spa and wellness began 20 years ago with ITEC qualifications in Holistic Massage, Beauty Specialist, Complementary Diet and Nutrition, and as a Certified Tibetan Vibrational Singing Bowls Practitioner.
Instructor
With over 25 years of teaching experience, Aimee is a yoga guide rooted in Sivananda yoga, focusing on breathing, kriya, and relaxation. She is a certified Yoga Therapist, and brings humour and life experience into every class.
